FROM SURRENDERERS TO COMMUNITY LEADERS

Is a program model in assisting Recovering Persons Who Used Drugs (RPWUDs) to be socially functioning and maintain a lifestyle change from rehabilitation or treatment with the catalytic role of families, communities, and Local Government Units (LGU) service providers. It will be implemented by the Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (ADACs) and will weave existing resources of the LGUs, NGAs, and CSOs adopting the whole-of-nation and community approach. it utilizes the continuum of care and prevents stigma through institutionalizing intervention at the barangay level

Multi Disciplinary Team for case management mobilized, Holistic psychosocial assessment of clients ensured; Care for the service providers established.

RDP Self-Management / Self-Mastery

Clients Self-Management skills sustained; Relapse of clients prevented; Peer support groups formed; Clients capacities on volunteerism and leadership developed; Alternative livelihood and employment opportunities for clients provided.

Family Strengthening

Family awareness on anti-illegal drugs increased; Family relationships restored and strengthened; Alternative livelihood and employment opportunities for families provided;Auxiliary services for families provided

Community Support

Barangay ADACs strengthened; Barangay level participatory learning and action facilitated; Local partnership and networking established; Community auxiliary teams formed; Community awareness and support to clients increased; Barangay rehabilitation and referral desk established;
